Have the opportunity to continue the basics of functional movement no matter your age, level, experience, or situation. This class focuses on bridging the gap between intensity and therapy. It can be used as a preventative, reactive, and/or recovery health practice.
Toned45

Enjoy a 45 minute light to moderate intensity toning class. This class blends toning routines with functional fitness. Focusing on movements to enhance the body's overall appearance and ability.
Yoga
Enjoy a 60 minute yoga class.
Focused on giving the body an opportunity to recover.
Specialized Coaching
Fitness Assesments
Get an expert coach to run you through multiple movement tests for flexibility, mobility, and strength to best determine what your fitness should and could be focused around to increase performance and decrease pain and/or chance of injury.

Have the option to get personalized programming or 1 on 1 personal coaching. For all levels of fitness, for all ages, and aspirations. For Post rehab, prehab, and preventative focuses.
